Standard Shipping
To ensure that your order reaches you within our standard time frame of 6 to 12 working days and in good condition, we ship through reliable courier services such as Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees, Gati, Dotzot, Ecom Express, and many others.
Note : If your order is shipped via postal service, it may take longer to arrive.
For bulk orders or transport shipments, dispatch typically occurs within 48 to 72 hours.
New User Verification
If you are a new customer, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your order. This process ensures the accuracy of your delivery address and PIN code. If your provided PIN code is not serviceable or we are unable to deliver to your location, we will request an alternative address or PIN code.
Product Condition Upon Delivery
If you find that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery. Take photos of the package and leave a note with the courier stating, “Package is tampered or damaged; I will not accept the order.” Kindly send us an email at support@greenagromart.com with your order reference number and the attached photos, or contact our Customer Care. We will do our utmost to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
Delivery Time Estimates
The delivery times listed on our product pages, cart, or website are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on product availability, weather conditions, the delivery address, and the courier company’s regulations.
Delivery Limitations
While we make every effort to ensure your product is delivered on time, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. If your delivery is late or cannot be completed, Greenagromart is not responsible for any losses that may occur as a result.
Note: If your address is in an Out of Delivery Area (ODA) location, you will need to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office. We will provide the office address and contact information, and our customer care team will stay in touch with you.
