 return request will be considered only if it is made within 7 days of placing the order and under specific conditions such as the product being damaged, duplicated, or if the quantity received varies from what was ordered.

Conditions for Return

A return will be processed only if:

  1. It is confirmed that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. The product received is not different from what was originally shipped to you.
  3. The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  4. The customer provides an unboxing video as proof.

In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, please report this to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue on their end.

If you feel that the product received is not as described on our site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

Refund Deductions

Note: If you made an online payment and decide to cancel the order, a 3% payment gateway fee and courier charges (for both forward and return shipping) will be deducted from your refund amount. If the product has already been shipped and is in transit, the same deductions will apply.

It is your responsibility to print the return manifest provided by Greenagromart when returning the product.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@greenagromart.com with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Include your order number (provided via email or message after ordering) and, optionally, share the reason for your refund request—your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our products and services.

Refunds will be processed after our Customer Support Team validates and analyzes the issue. However, the refund will only be credited to your bank account once the product has been returned to our hub. We will notify you of the refund transaction details via email and SMS once the process is completed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

And if the parcel received is defective, you must inform us within 48 hours. If you notify us after 48 hours, the company will not be responsible in any way

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds are possible only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, receipt, and invoice. The refund will be issued once the product has been received at our premises and verified as per the conditions mentioned.
